I am a graduate of Iona College, where I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. After graduating, I worked in both a Mental Health Clinic and an Addiction Recovery Services program. I am currently working full time in private practice where I treat clients of varying diagnosis and varying level of functioning.
I specialize in providing therapeutic support to individuals navigating major life transitions, encompassing challenges such as major depression, generalized/social anxiety, and ADHD.
